I have curly, shoulder length hair and got a cut from Chloe. She did exactly what I asked for and the next day, after doing my normal wash and style routine...it looks so good! I love it! This was the absolute WORST experience I have ever had at a salon in my life. Please heed the negative reviews on Google before booking a service here. I had to go out of town for the holidays and was in need of color and and a haircut/style. When I first walked into the salon the energy was drab and not welcoming in the least bit. I was told to sit and wait for Stephanie my color stylist. She wasn't very friendly or professional. I booked with her because she did have good reviews; however, my hair color came out BLACK and I am extremely fair skinned. It looked so bad I just wanted to cry. After I left the salon I had such a bad headache. Come to find out from the salon I went to the next day (yes I had to go to another salon to fix the botched job) I was told there was so much color left in my scalp no wonder I had such a horrible headache.
