Loved itthe ladies were nice just got a quick trim but they were great and quick I may just go back for a color soon

Stephanie, I'm assuming the owner, was very rude on the phone! I called to make an appointment and asked to speak to the stylist about what all I would like done to my hair and asked a few questions. Beware: asking questions will get you blackballed even though they are legitimate questions! She called me back to say she does not have time for me (even though we had an appointment already scheduled) and that they could not accommodate me. She did not give me any time to respond and hung up on me. A friend of mine heard the entire conversation and we were shocked by how rude and unprofessional Stephanie was! Stephanie did me a favor. I would never want to hand over my money to someone so disrespectful to their clients or soon to be clients. I'm disgusted but there are many salons and much better options. I will be posting my review to Facebook next and I will share it and make all of my friends and family aware of the incident and make sure they steer clear of this place!
