Paris Parker Salon & Spa

Walked into the Lakeside Mall location for a bang trim. I normally go to the Prytania location where they are very accommodating. After I called Lakeside in advance, I was assured that the free bang trim policy was universal across all salons. The Lakeside location denied the service with condescension on the grounds that it would be charged as a normal haircut and I would have to schedule an appointment for a later time or date. Directly contradicting the information I had received on the phone 3 days prior (which had directed me to walk in anytime) they suggested I go to the salon inside JCPenny if I needed a trim today. I left the location without question as I knew if the service was to be provided to me it would have been done with animosity. I did not want to risk experiencing a bad haircut - I will not be returning to this location. Service: Bang trim

Very very unprofessional behavior. I booked an appointment for haircut at lakeside Paris parker. They called me in the morning of my appointment day that my hair stylist is not available so they changed my appointment to 6.00pm with someone else. When i reached there after 10mins of waiting i was told as it’s closing time they will not be able to give me full haircut service. If they knew that they don’t have time to do haircut at 6, you should not have booked for that time. Won’t be going back to this place again.

Sean is amazing! I needed a cut on short notice and I was able to book with him. He does great layers if you have think hair! He is well trained and very knowledgable. He truly took the time to listen to what I wanted!!! I couldn’t be happier with my cut! My hair is not easy to cut. It is super thick! It did an outstanding job! 10/10 will be back!
