Head To Toe Salon

Very disappointing. Only one hairdresser. He started late with my $250 blonde highlights, cut and style. However, I did get a pedicure, which he didn't charge and politely apologize for the wait. When starting with putting bleach with foil; I was left sitting their while he took calls and walk-ins who were purchasing gift cards. His assistant who did my pedicure, was told to flat iron the women's hair whom I had to wait for him to finish. As I am watching her hair flatten with a flat iron; each piece of hair 3-4x's, was breaking and falling. I was not sure if that was a process but I over heard them mentioning that she had to come back for this. So when, I asked him if he was going to take the foils from the bottom out; since it's been 20mns ago when he started with top of my hair. Now, I have long brown hair with lots of red pigment in my hair. He stated that this would be okay and the bleach will stop at a certain point and will not do no damage, not to worry. This salon is so cute and chic! Everything in there was super clean and brand new. The nail techs were very friendly and helpful. I showed Gwen my nail inspo and she did exactly what I wanted!
