Phone receptionist is awful. They are very unprofessional and hang up frequently when I try to book. It’s a shame bc I love how Mary does my highlights

They are the absolute worst! I was sent to them from the Kenner location. The girl with the blue hair did mine. She didn’t do anything that I ask for. I kept showing her a picture and She did her own thing. I asked for a long pixie and instead I got extremely short boy haircut. I’ve never been more embarrassed. For five days now I’ve been doing nothing but crying because it’s so bad. I’ve been to other places and they’ve said that they couldn’t even fix it because of how short it is. I will never go back there again! And now that it’s the holidays I feel like I can’t do anything. Im a go with the flow type of person but this is absolutely horrible! Service: Haircut

i absolutely LOVED my hair color!!! i sent alexis a picture of what i wanted (bright purple hair) and she made it happen! she kept going back in to touch up the bleach and the color. she also gave me some tips on how to keep the color in longer and told me i could have her make me a mix with conditioner and the dye. also throughout the whole processes, customer service was wonderful. they were so friendly and i pretty much talked to alexis and the receptionist (which he had stunning eyebrows) the whole time i was there! definitely would recommend this salon to anyone and i’m am planning on going back!
