Sandra was so sweet, professional, and took me In last minute doing a beautiful job with my hair so quick and efficiently too. Will definitely come back to Gloss Hair Salon to see her, the stuff was great as well!!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS! I bought a Groupon for a haircut and highlights and after several attempts to contact the business to make an appointment a super rude guy finally answered one of my calls just to yell "stop calling unless you want to make an appointment!" Which is exactly what I was trying to do! There are 3 different phone numbers, one here in Google, another on the Groupon ad and a third one on the website listed on the Groupon ad, also there's no way to schedule an appointment online for hair so it has to be done by phone and the address showed on the website is from California! This whole situation is sketchy and shady, don't get you money stolen... Oh, and in order to get my money back I have to wait up to 10 days for them to process it... Worst experience ever!!!

I need to brag on this salon y’all! I was feeling like I needed a new look so I went to Gloss Hair Salon. From the moment I walked in Sandra gave me her undivided attention. She asked me what I wanted and I told her “make me blonde, however you think will look best!” When I tell you she did her thing, she did it. I could feel the love and patience she put into my hair. Granted I have very thick hair and usually stylist hate working with my hair. Not her! She made me feel so comfortable and she managed her time very well. Nelly, her assistant was also so sweet as well! When it was all said and done I loved my hair and I could tell Sandra was proud of her work. My friends didn’t even recognize me:) I can’t thank her enough.
