I wanted my nails done for my 17th birthday so my sister brought me to neo nails, I had an appointment so they began my nails I showed 4 /5 different workers what I wanted very clearly. The owner then proceeded to fastly do my nails he did white chunky lumpy French tips in like 10 minutes) which is nowhere near what I wanted. I asked him when he was adding the color he had an attitude and I felt very unwelcomed. He soaked my nails off and kept saying I should have told him which I did he was trying to gaslight me. So he sends a female worker over to re do my nails she cut my long natural nails when i said I wanted to keep them and add tips / nails over I was upset when she cut my natural nails off then proceeded to cut all my fingers with the nail spinny thingy my pinkie is bruised and my fingers are slashed,the nails weren't done right again!!! The staff are rude mainly the owner the younger staff members were nice. I don't see how he is the owner I said thankyou on the way out an
