Went in for a pedicure, removed gel Polish didn’t even start pedi or soak in water had to leave for family emergency… charged me $20 for 5 mins for gel Polish that was basically already gone even the tech said “you literally have no gel on it’s grown out” won’t be back.
Wish there were TVs. Just like something to look at while sitting there. Thr elevator music doesn't do it for me. Kept an ear us in with my music this last time which helped. Kim was great!
I’ve been using Essential since they opened. I’m always pleased. Shop is always clean with quality products & great people!
