Rio’s Hair and Nails Salon

I have been here 3 times and only once have I liked the nails I got. There’s one girl here that is so great but I’m SO disappointed about everyone else I’ve gotten. I went today and after filing my nails for a refill she proceeded to empty the towel into the trash, wipe around the trashcan itself then put it back down in front of me to continue doing my nails on! Not only that, but after showing me 3 colors I did not like I asked to get my own to match to a photo I was going off of. My nail tech did not let me and continued to pick out colors that were very different than what I asked for. Not only that, but there was acrylic all over the skin on the sides of my nail which was painful to remove. The worst nail experience I’ve ever had even after I attempted to communicate and change my nails while I was there. Service: Manicure

I have been a customer of this salon pretty much since it opened. Yesterday they lost my business. I went in for a pedicure and wanted gel polish. I supply my own polish and top coat, they charged me $20 more because they had to use the light to cure the polish. The last few times I have been , they are in too much of a hurry to get people in and out. I will find another salon to patronize from here on out. Services: Pedicure, Manicure

Got pedicure toes painted with reg polish tips white, fingers polished chrome gel. No acrylic nails....polish only $102....really. polish only. never again toes don't even look good
