Passion Hair Studio

Asked for caramel balayage highlights...got half of what i wanted. The top is pretty caramel, the front and underneath is bleached white blonde. Came in to have them fix it and all they could do was add color to try to match. Obviously not a perfect match cuz once its that blonde any color you add will eventually fade back to the blonde. Its been 2 weeks since they "fixed" it and the front of my hair and underneath look greenish blonde. Not cute! Now i have to go to another salon to have it color corrected. I wasted $200 here when i could have went to a real salon and got what i wanted from the beginning.

I don’t normally write reviews. However, after my highly disappointing experience with this salon passion studio, I would regret not sharing my experience with other potential customers. After goggling local salons for Japanes straightening, passion hair studio came up. I have decided to try this salon to work on my long nice hair to do this treatment. Mexican lady working carefully in my hair for four hours for owner Chinty & ING were keep telling her to do fast and bla bla. They were drying my hair with high hot temp. so i ended up with getting damaged fired hair. it felt smooth when they did but after 72 hours was its all about straight hard stick and no smoothness in my hair. I have been getting this treatment since 2011 and never had problem but they ruin my hair. First of all they don't even know what is main procedure to do Japanese straightening. Even i texted her with my hair picture and she's offering to do trim with cost of $20 and never apologize about it. I'm never gonna g

After moving to LA this past summer I needed desperate help with my very damaged, over processed hair. Ing is my go-to hair dresser now. She has taught me so much about my hair and helps me achieve the look I want everytime. I won't go see anyone else.
