On this date, I made a phone call to this business. One of the hair stylist employed there, Tina, had answered the phone. I had asked her a question pertaining to a certain hair stylist that work there. While Tina was talking to me, it seemed like she was having an attitude with me. A little while later, I called the business again. The same person from before ended up answering the phone. I was calling to get a certain hair stylist’s phone number because Tina told me via text message that she will provide me this certain hair stylist’s number since she couldn’t do a certain hair style that I wanted done. Tina gave me an attitude AGAIN because I called her workplace once again and that she was busy braiding a customer’s hair. I told her that she didn’t have to get an attitude with me just because I was trying to get a hair stylist’s phone number. After I said what I had to say, Tina had hung up in my face.
