This is Baton Rouge's best-kept hair salon secret. I was referred by a friend but otherwise was not aware of the salon, even though I work downtown! I had my hair cut by Rene - who was on time, efficient, and had me in and out of there in an hour, with a wash, condition, and style. The girls were all lovely and pleasant and I am proud to say I will be a future customer. The shop itself is easy to love - tastefully decorated, trendy products and services, and a parking lot for customers! I'm in love.
Have visited several salons in BR and I believe this is the best in town. Marcelite is the bestFree street parking, friendly staff, fast and reliable service. The place is spacious, it has a modern decor and is kind of spa kind relaxing. I have visited this gem few times and would definitely recommended it if you are in the look of a top- notch man haircut.
They took excellent care of me and didn't not disappoint. I came in with a complicated request and Brooke did a fantastic job! I drove over an hour for my hair appointment and it was well worth it. I have found my new go-to salon and cosmetologist/colorist.
