Meaning that if you purchase a gift certificate for someone for a particular service and the company decides to have a price increase, after They'll have to come out the pocket and pay at the difference at the counter after services are completed. With no prior warning before your services or even when you schedule your appointment. The company will catch you off guard on your way out the door and tell you that you owe them more money. I got my first Brazilian wax ever done by Kadee and she was so sweet and made me feel so comfortable! Definitely recommend her and had a great experience especially with the heated pillow and cozy environment! Will be back
