Most unfriendly shop I have ever been to in my entire life..,I will not go back and can’t understand how they stay in business…Very rude and no customer service..A customer came in and asked for a worker specifically and because she then left because that worker was off, they immediately started talking about her upon her leaving….Awful!! I saw enough to have to report this to the public..Also was quoted a price over phone but was charged more after the service…Thry just lied…. Service: Sculpted nails

I had the worst experience at billies nails I’m not satisfied at all????I told her I wanted to take the nails I had on off and get a new set and not a refill and she asked me why don’t I just get a refill I said because I don’t want a refill and she had a attitude from there she hurt me 3 times she wasn’t not good at her job at all I literally wanna cry I hate them so much they are the worst the shape and everything I told her I wanted skinny square this is not skinny square
