Cindy was great! The staff was very friendly. She helped me pick out a fun color, and she was very thorough!
Waited over an hour to have my eyebrows done, which is okay, i understand a busy business! However, my eyebrows look no different than before they waxed them. After waiting over an hour i didnt have time to sit and complain nor did i trust them to go back and do more to them. Very disappointed. Any other time I am very satisfied. Unfortunately, will not be back nor recommending! Service: Waxing
Albany nail & spa did an amazing job. This was my first time ever going to them and I will most definitely be back. They are different from any other nail spa I went to. I love how they make people wait their turn and don’t skip over nobody. This one lady came in and needed her eyebrows waxed and they had others waiting for their feet and nails.
