I ARRIVED AT MY APOINTED TIME BUT AFTER WAITING FOR 40 MINUTES I CHOSE TO LEAVE. ONE STYLIST DISAPPEARED TO THE BACK WITH A CUSTOMER SHE WAS WORKING ON FOR 30 MINUTES AND WHEN THE REAPEARED HE SAT BACK IN THE CHAIR. THE OTHER STYLIST TOOK A CUSTOMER WHO CAME IN AFTER ME. I GOT UP AND TOLD THEM TO CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT.. THERE RESPONSE WAS "OH OK" . WORST TREATMENT EVER
