Z Talent Salon

2 of my original appointments were cancelled due to the stylist being sick. I did not know it was cancelled until I called in just to confirm my two appointments. If I had not called in then I would have walked in clueless that my appointments were cancelled. I rescheduled one appointment to Tuesday at 7:00 PM with confirmation that there was an appointment available on that day. When Tuesday hits and I walk in for my appointment was no where to be found all of a sudden. I then was told I called in today to cancel it. This is the first time this has happened to me. The two people that talked to me did not told me who called in or what number it was, but just told me that an 7:00 PM was cancelled However this is my last time going here. This needs to get fixed immediately. 30 minute drive back to back leaving with nothing.

My daughter and I have gone here three times now and we love Z Talent! Alexis is wonderful! She listens, makes suggestions, and asks questions! Not to mention she is the cutest most polite hairdresser I have ever had! I will never go anywhere else! Thank you Z Talent and staff you make hair salons enjoyable! Service: Haircut

I emailed them from their website over a 2 weeks ago. They asked me when I wanted my appointment and I replied for 2.5 weeks out. They never responded after my prompt answer. So I emailed yesterday to confirm and was again ignored. Then I called and they don't have appointments for over 4 weeks and they said that's probably why there was no response. That's not a reason to ignore a customer wanting an appointment. Had I made my appointment two weeks ago I may have been willing to wait 4 weeks from then. Then she said usually we require people to call in for appointments and asked me if the person I emailed gave me a bunch of information she hadn't. Ridiculous customer service. If you're willing to wait for an extensive and expensive service and risk being ignored outright go for it! How's their quality? I wouldn't know. My review is based on their customer service and how I was treated across a 2 week period.
