So I’m not sure if something has changed or just with a couple of stylists, but before the pandemic started I got a haircut here and after the shampoo she had another stylist help her blow dry my hair. I don’t get my hair cut that often so this is something I really enjoy but not with two people rushing through it. And I definitely do not have thick hair or a lot of it. Then after the cut, pretty much told me I was done and never asked if I wanted to look at it or anything and never offered to style it. I was out of there well under 30 minutes. I’ve been there before and since my cut did take longer I actually told the stylist she didn’t have to worry about styling it. So I promise I do understand if something takes longer than expected but this was not the case this time. Then I went after they re-opened this summer and I knew they weren’t doing shampoos or a blow dry so I told a neighbor I definitely want my hair styled this time after my hair cut. Our stylist did a great job and cut my son’s hair exactly like the picture we showed her. I feel bad that I can’t remember her name (I have a terrible memory) but she was very nice and I would definitely have her cut my hair or my son’s again. The salon is small and clean, everyone is very friendly. I’ve been going their for years and will continue to do so. Service: Haircut

Horrible customer service. Had my appointment scheduled since May. Appointment day was at the end of June. Called me day of appointment and said they werent able to do my hair because of the color I chose and the length of my hair. Their only solution was that I could go to their Shelbyville Road store and the starting price would be $500.00. I have been going here for at least 15 years and they have always done my hair. I get nothing special just one color added to my hair and a simple cut. So not sure what they actually do there now.
