Really great salon. Shan Kokas has been doing my hair for years now and I couldn't imagine going to anyone else. She keeps track of all my crazy hair colors, which ones that worked well for me and the ones that I didn't love. She is very thoughtful, always checking in on how I am doing in the process and is very easy to talk to. The environment is always clean and the other stylists there have always been very pleasant. Highly recommend!

Customer service here is Non-existent. Extremely rude. To say the least. This business lacks the basic standard of simply acknowledging a customers presence. Sad. Complete closure should be sooner than later.

Came here with my daughter to get her hair cut and colored. Sharon, the stylist, did exactly what my daughter wanted in terms of color, but my kid didn't like it and started crying (she's 12). Sharon was very calm and reassuring and explained that she would be happy to change it. Poor Sharon was with my kid from 330 to 8pm. While I waited I asked if anyone could cut my hair, and Matt said he could squeeze me in and did an excellent job on my hair. Just as he was finishing my hair, another client of his walked in and waited briefly while he finished my cut and I realized he really had squeezed me in. When Sharon finished my daughter's hair, my kid still didn't like it, but I thought it looked amazing. Sharon explained that the color will change a bit after a few washes. When we got home my kid went to her room for 20 minutes then walked out and said she loved it! She said she was just shocked at first by the difference. I have to say we really pushed this salon to the breaking point and
