Honeycomb Salon - Louisville

I found this gem of a Salon last Fall . Honeycomb provides great customer service and has very talented cosmetologist. Also I had Powder Brows done by Gala . They look natural and were such an easy process to have done and heal. Gala also does facials and helps with skincare . I love my Powder Brows and love getting my hair done by Ashley . Great Salon ! Man, am I bummed to write this review. I have been a loyal client and have followed Alexis from salon to salon for years (Lexington and Louisville). I have appreciated the quality of her work and character from day one. However, today I was charged $192 (full price of service) for missing an appointment that I never confirmed (or was aware that I had). I have never missed an appointment or showed up late because I understand and respect the time of others. The Background: I had scheduled an appointment for my boyfriend (with another stylist) the last time I was in, and they scheduled our appointments to coincide. About a month ago, I was called and informed that the stylist who John had been scheduled with was no longer available at the time he had originally been scheduled for his service. No worries, it happens; so, we rescheduled for another day. I was under the impression that we had both been rescheduled, per the receptionist, and went about my life. This morning, Honeycomb's rece

First time at this salon. Nice atmosphere. My stylist did a great job. It was nice to get a refresh!
