I came for a perm and cut and top my head and side my hair is stright it looks like my hair has been cripped not premed. I am crying i hate it so bad. And it say 3 days satisfaction grantee i dont need 3 days i know now my hair is bad and not what i wanted bothe women act like nothing was wrong and Julia had attitud cause my hair look bad..did not even try to make it right just keep saying would like to cut it what the @$## is that going to do ??175$ for this .. The service my mom had received was extremely bad and she paid over 65 for a haircut and a shampoo they claim she got a style in which she did not claimed she got length add on which she did not get either qnd claimed she had gotten a few other services done in which she did nto get done. She was extremely rude the stylist was named dangela (never use her) and thr manager julia was extremely rude qnd hateful towards thr customers. Never use this smart style if you want your hair done properly. Go to great clips or sportsclips. Service: Haircut

The most disappointing experience of my life , the service received was very poor . The stylist Luvenia had no knowledge of how to do hair or how to manage my hair it looked like a three year old did it . I will never come back there lesson learned payed 140 for a style that wasn't even worth that much or less just overall disappointing that stylist needs to goback to school to learn how to do hair properly Services: Hairstyling, Hair coloring
