I struggle writing this review, because the girl who cut my hair was very nice and professional. I just 100% did not get what I asked for. I mentioned more would need to be taken off the back, and she took like another 1/2 inch off the back but it still didn’t fix it. I didn’t realize how bad it was until I got home and washed it. I look like violet from Willy wonka. I am going somewhere else today to pay someone else to fix it. The first picture was my reference pic. I wanted slightly shorter in the back and layers. Then a pic of what I got. This was $42 + 20% tip.

Had a wonderful time with Kaitlyn O. I did not make it easy on her, trust me. I went from faded pink (that I did myself ????) to this gorgeous icy blonde. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is I wish there were more upfront about their pricing (cost of toner/extra bowls) on the website when you’re booking. to Kaitlyn’s credit she did walk me through all the pricing before we started so I knew what I was getting into.
