Terrible. Don’t recommend. Everyone there has attitudes. If you’re going to book, make an appointment with a man that doesn’t have a heavy accent. Women have heavy accents and don’t listen to any requests. Went twice, one time went home bleeding and second time, went home with cuticle oil all over me. I went in to get birthday nails and they ruined my entire birthday. The man at the front desk always yells whenever you come inside. He speaks with an accent so it’s hard to understand him, if you don’t understand him, he gets frustrated and starts rushing you. I pulled out a photo for my nail lady to reference too and she grabbed my phone and slammed it on the table??? How rude. With her, she kept rushing through my nails and even messed up the shape, I was about to cancel until the man at the front desk told me to go to seat number 11, I think?? I sat there for HOURS.
