My mother made an appointment twice here in the last few months. Both times they called the day before to confirm. And then when she shows up for the appointment they say it's cancelled even though she confirmed just the previous day. Rude employees with no regard for people's time and schedules.
Customer service and management is horrible. I had an appointment for 10am yesterday and received a call that my stylist was no longer doing hair there so they rescheduled me for 8am today, only for me to get there and find out they hadn’t actually rescheduled me. So now I have taken vacation twice and still no hair appointment. Complete disorganization and no regard for anyone’s time!!!!!! Service: Haircut
Kendra did my hair today and she was AWESOME! I wanted a significant amount off and I could tell she was excited to do a big cut, which made me feel pretty good and confident too! She was warm and friendly and I am loving my new haircut!
