Ulta Beauty

So I was kinda disappointed. I was not asked about , well anything. Not knowing what I was walking into, I had hoped fir some guidance. Too bad. I will not go back again.

Peyton was very rude. Yelling from the check out counter that she can check my items out, while I was still clearly looking at the items toward the front, but she didn’t offer any help. Then when I didn’t rush to check my items out she was very short and seemed irritated when I got to the counter as if I did something to her. To be at the front of the ulta store she sure doesn’t have great customer service.

The past few times I’ve shopped here I get home and discover my lip liner is missing. The first time I thought it may be an accident but after a few times starting to question. Got to my parents 3 hours away for the holidays to realize it’s on the receipt and not the in the bag once again.
