Sun nails waxing and lashes

I called and asked if they had appointments for 3 people, they said yes. We went and they made us wait and then finally started doing our mani/pedis but would stop and do other people's artificial nails when they came in. It took the 3 of us almost 4 hours. They were unprofessional and seemed flustered. It cost $230 which seems outrageous. The day after I got gel on my nails 1 chipped and a few days after the cut my cuticles I got a really bad infection in one of my cuticles. I'm a very unhappy customer. Pics of my nails after 2 weeks. They also painted them way low so they grew out fast. Felt like a waste and I'm concerned after getting this infection. One other person in my group also got an infection.

Just moved back to the area and have been struggling to find a good salon since (im kinda specific about my nails and usually anywhere else i go the dip powder only lasts a week before they break off) But this place is amazing seriously best pedicure iv gotten, best waxing & best nails iv found everyone is very friendly and nice & the salon is very clean.
