Luxe Nail Spa in Overland Park

I've paid many times to get a pedicure spending $60+ dollars on your service the main thing I go for is callus remover on my feet. More than one I've had employees hardly do my calluses. The same thing with when I've went with my mother for a pedicure. She refuses to go back because the hardly do any of a massage and didn't do any of he calluses which is what we pay for as part of the service. I can do better at home on my own. It's just sad you pay for these things and can't get what you pay for. They used to be great when they opened and served alcohol drink while you got your nails done. But, they couldn't keep the licenses service isn't what it once was in the beginning and you won't get the same level of service from each person here. So, unfortunately I won't be going back. If you are looking for a place to go to. I would go somewhere else where you will get your services 100% of what you pay for. You'll have better odds of leaving with a smile on your face.

We've visited this salon about three times. It's a really nice salon with many options for nail colors/designs. They keep the establishment clean and offer standard services you'd find in most nail salons. The prices are moderate and about the same as most salons as well. A few things to note: 1. It can be very difficult to get an appointment here unless you book well in advance. 2. I haven't been able to get the same nail technician each time I've visited. 3. On our last visit our daughter sat with her feet in water for almost an hour waiting for someone to come and perform her pedicure service. A guy came to do it after she'd waited about 30 minutes and once she told him she wanted a French Manicure he grabbed his equipment/supplies and stated he had another appointment. My nail technician was kind and professional enough to at least keep her water hot. This salon definitely has its perks but it also has a few areas of opportunity for improvement as well.

My friend and I had a wonderful time here. Everyone seemed to actually enjoy being there and doing amazing work on their clients. Tabitha is hilarious and fun. Even though it was my first time, I felt right at home and the appointment flew by as we chatted and laughed together. My friend and I left very excited about how our manicures and pedicures turned out. We've been unsuccessful in finding a great place to go until now. Thanks Luxe!
