Looked online and saw that Brandi was the salon manager which makes me think I should get good service and a good outcome. Made my appt online with her and typed up details about my hair on 8/7 to avoid any unforeseen issues like cancelling my appointment. I needed my hair done this week and received a notice today she was cancelling my appointment bc I need a color specialist….Here I am 10 days later back at where I started on the day I’m supposed to be getting my hair done. Sadly I was coming here based on a referral.
