Did not have the best experience:/ called to make an appointment with a curly certified specialist and was told to go to Cassie, who “did curls”. Sat down in the chair and asked her about her specializing in curls and she replied with “yes I love cutting curly hair”. No one was upfront with me that they were not trained in curls, so I was very disappointed when my hair was getting pulled straight and cut straight across (curly girls you know:/). Wish they would have been upfront with me, also my fault I didn’t do my research I guess. Was overall really rough with my hair and just seemed like aimlessly cutting. People were nice just not a great experience for someone wanting a curl cut!

I appreciate the staff at Platinum and Company so much! I’ve always had a very positive experience. There was one time that my hair didn’t turn out how I had expected, and the staff worked with me to fix it at no charge. I would recommend to anyone!!

Came in for some layers and curtain bangs and left feeling SO much better! My hair is long and thick and I was given many useful tips and treated great! I love my new hair, will definitely be back for my next cut!
