I was NOT happy with Faith. She cut my hair WAY shorter than what I asked even though I provided her multiple pictures for length and style. Also reached out to her about it and got ZERO response!! I won’t be returning! Services: Haircut, Hairstyling

Update for June 2023 from a 4 star to 1 star- I was supposed to have my next haircut with Mary Kate and I was surprised that it was with someone else. The older gentlemen was irritated that I wanted my hair straightened after a blow dry. Pretty upset that I didn't get told my hair stylist would not be doing my hair and that this other person was getting irritated with me. He did not do my sons hair the way I wanted either and left a bald spot on the back of my sons head. So dissapointing for $50. I won't be back and will have to find a new hair place for my son and I.

Jenn is a really nice person don’t get me wrong. I just didn’t like the way she did my eyebrows. She only waxed the ends of my eyebrows and didn’t fix the front. She left me with no tail end. She didn’t use eyebrow scissors to trim them at all. And didnt use the tweezers to clean up what the wax didn’t pick up. And each eyebrow looks different, like distant relatives.
