Sew Me Hair Salon

I’m sad to share this review because I think the owner is a nice women but I recently had a sew in done and when I got in natural sun light I realized there were a few things I did not like. Specifically the spray on color on the frontal, the placement of the frontal (way too forward), parting of the hair and the excessive amount of glue all over my face and forehead. I reached out to the salon to reach a representative that told me the person who did my hair (the owner) would have to be the one to fix it, but she was not available. They told me she would call me but it has been almost 2 days and no call. I called back and no answer. I’m not sure what is going on but I’m extremely disappointed in my experience and will not be returning.

Cynthia and Rachel did an excellent job on my hair. Cynthia opened the shop early and greeted everyone that walked in the door. Rachel braids so soft it felt more like a head massage than a braid down and Cynthia recommended bundles that look exactly like my hair. Positive, professional, invigorating atmosphere overall.

New to Kansas City and was looking for a place to get my hair done and I ran across sew me on tik tok and their $50 sew in drew me in and I was not disappointed! My stylist GiGi was very personable and she did great on my first sew in ! The atmosphere was welcoming and the staff was wonderful it was an all around good experience and the prices are very reasonable
