Service is always spectacular
Called to set an appointment earlier in the week, going on vacation and I wanted my hair fixed from what it was. The place was pretty clean. I had yellowish blonde hair that I wanted brightened to a whiter ashier blonde and I wanted my roots blended out. Like a shadow root, or color blend. I have darker roots. When we first got started and I showed pictures of something I wanted she seemed Unsure. I told my hair dresser that if she felt like she couldn’t do it or was unsure that it was no problem and I could go somewhere else. I hated my experience. The entire time I was in the chair I felt like she was incredibly rough with my head, my hair was constantly pulled, I feel like she just slapped the foil on my head and just rushed through the process. When it came to washing my hair, it was so rough I felt like I was a dog being given a bath. Today is my birthday and I just wanted to get my hair done. I actually do like the way she fixed my blonde, but my roots are awful. She didn’t blend
