I’ve been going to Gina for several years now (after Jenny left). She’s excellent but I’ve also come to realize that it is best to let her do her thing. My best haircuts are the ones in which I simply give her a general idea of what I want and then let her do what she thinks will work best. The results aren’t as successful when I bring her a photo of how I want my hair to look. As long as Gina gives me a short haircut that looks flattering and can be air-dried with just a drop of hair oil for shine and softness, I’m good. Gina knows this, so she gives me a haircut that’s fuss-free and good to go in seconds. No need to use a hair dryer, styling products, or pins and rollers to add shape and definition. She’s that good. I’ve been here 4 times now. 3/4 times she did a nice haircut, one time she just completely botched it. My hair was uneven and cut so short that there was no way to recover.
