Milan Laser Hair Removal

I can’t say enough good things about Milan Laser in West Lafayette! The ladies that work there are absolutely amazing. Janae makes the treatments a breeze and Sydney makes scheduling so easy even with my busy schedule! I’m loving the results in I’m seeing in just a few treatments!

I recommend the Milan Laser company for anyone looking for ‘permanent’ hair removal. I made my package purchase at another location and had several sessions before moving out of the area. I was tickled when I saw the W Lafayette location had opened! However, after only 2-3 visits I will not be returning. The staff are all very friendly and courteous; the process itself is quick and painless. I’m giving 2 stars for the experience of my sessions. The rooms are uncomfortably cold. No cover is offered or provided beyond a short spa towel. When I asked for a sheet, I was given a small fitted sheet which was little help. Zero effort was made to preserve modesty during my sessions. Skin obviously must be exposed for any type hair removal. But to lay unclothed, under bright lights, in a cold room for an hour… well, doctors offices and hospitals do better than this Milan location. I’ll drive to Indianapolis or Ft Wayne and hope for a better experience.

Love going here! Everyone who works here is super nice and personable. I enjoy that every technician is a certified medical professional. My appointments are always super quick, which is nice for my busy schedule!
