Hannah moved to South Bend, Indiana to start a new chapter in her life. Working in a beauty salon, she quickly discovered the importance of creating a good relationship with her customers and she made some changes to her attitude. She made an effort to be more personable and polite and it quickly paid off. It wasn't long before she was more productive and feeling fulfilled. The customers began to respond positively to her changed attitude and soon Hannah was making more money, enjoying her job and feeling better about herself.
