First time I saw Laura was when I made my first appointment with her when she was still employed. I told her about all the challenges about my Platin color I had in recent years with different hair stylists. I could immediately see how excited she was to take on this challenge so I gave her the chance to do so. And it was the best choice I have made! Laura figured that they wouldn’t have the products in the salon to get it right. So she made the effort to get everything! And it was a success. My hair wasn’t yellow but Platin color! Laura is listening exactly to what you want and what you don’t like. And she can deliver it into a great product. If the customer is unsure she comes up with creative ideas that suits you!
