Focus Nails 1

I don't know how this is going to go. I just went here for the second time and hoped I got a different tech. I didn't. He does really good work but he's just not very nice. After listening to him today I think he might have just had too many "Karen's". He was still rude but I think he just anticipates everyone is gonna be rude and complain and this is how he copes. I have a very specific request that I usually just have to say and it's done. I like my pointer fingers a little bit shorter than the rest. He wanted exact measurements as to how much shorter. Uhh I don't know I can't see my hands well enough through the plastic barrier. He said "well tell me me because you'll complain that it's wrong if you don't". He would have to royally screw up my nails for me to say anything, mainly because it's not that deep to me they almost 100% will surely look better than if I didn't get my nails done. Friday July 7th I walked in. I explained to two ladies that my nails break off and don't grow due to heart failure. I was so proud kf my beautiful nails. Monday July10th I lost my first nail and continued to lose them and today...Saturday July 15th I'm down to 2 on each hand. I paid 50$ and a 10$ tip. I won't do that again. Thanks but no thanks.

I came in to get a nail fill and pedicure and didn’t even make it through getting my nails done. I was treated so awful. The guy yelled at me telling me I was irresponsible with my nails because one had fallen off since I got them done last (which was only 2 weeks). He told me I needed to take better care of my nails or to not come back because he didn’t want to be associated with my nails. I told him he shouldn’t speak to customers like that and he said “then find someone else to do your nails.” I was crying at this point, so I left and went somewhere else. I can’t believe someone would talk to a customer this way! I will never be back and will tell everyone I know that this happened.
