Focus Nails 1

Loved this nail shop. It's a little bit of a drive for me but it is totally worth it. My daughter got her nails done for her homecoming dance here and Nellie did an amazing job! We will definitely be going back.

I don't know how this is going to go. I just went here for the second time and hoped I got a different tech. I didn't. He does really good work but he's just not very nice. After listening to him today I think he might have just had too many "Karen's". He was still rude but I think he just anticipates everyone is gonna be rude and complain and this is how he copes. I have a very specific request that I usually just have to say and it's done. I like my pointer fingers a little bit shorter than the rest. He wanted exact measurements as to how much shorter. Uhh I don't know I can't see my hands well enough through the plastic barrier. He said "well tell me me because you'll complain that it's wrong if you don't". He would have to royally screw up my nails for me to say anything, mainly because it's not that deep to me they almost 100% will surely look better than if I didn't get my nails done. The guy is good at his job, almost a perfectionist I'd say. His customer service skills lack (h
