I am very pleased with the service I receive at Belle Haus Salon. The salon strives to offer experiences beyond just the scheduled hair service — haircut, color, extensions, etc. — by attending to all aspects of the customer’s visit. Belle Haus’s attention to detail begins with the professional appointment scheduling and follow-up by Guest Experience Manager Madison Call. Madison sets my appointments as requested and sends me not just a confirmation of the date and time, but also reminders prior to the appointment. Of course, the real test of a salon is the hair style that results. Jessica Craig begins each session with a short consultation followed by a relaxing shampoo and scalp massage. She then proceeds to execute my hairstyle based on what we’ve discussed. She responds knowledgeably to changes I want to make, always explaining how she’ll fix any way my hair’s been misbehaving.
