Wonderful people in a clean and relaxing environment. They made my wife feel special and beautiful on her birthday, so that gets 5 stars from me!
Called to make an appointment for haircut. Website says they opened at 8am I called at 8:20a this morning. A woman answered and I said I would like to make an appointment with Andi for a haircut. She stated " I just walked in, the receptionist is not here until 9 AM can you call back then I would appreciate it".and hung up on me. I would have been more than happy to call back at 9. It's the fact that she hung up without saying goodbye and was rather short on the phone. It's not my fault you were late coming in. Maybe the hours should be changed on the website to 9am. I'd like to come in there it's too bad I won't be back.
The staff are incredibly nice! Collette is very talented and I was beyond thrilled with my cut, style and brows. Highly recommend
