Nail Art

Very mid. My nails ended up looking fine but the service was far from relaxing. They kept doing one step then having us run across the place to do another step (apply dip then go to pedicure and have them do the top coats across the room etc...). The pedicure was the absolute fastest of my life and I was not relaxed at all as my nail tech was rushing to be done. They got constant phone calls but kept telling people they weren't busy even though they were 2-3 people deep in the waiting area. My full set is a pretty shape but my cuticles look like hell and they were soooo rough with me. They didn't even lotion my hands or apply cuticle oil. Lastly I didn't like them taking my phone away from me (after touching a customer's feet) and pressuring me into paying with an app. Overall, I would avoid this place.

** updating to a 4 star ONLY because these lasted practically a whole month before I ended up chipping one by stupidly trying to pry open a paint can by using one if my nails. Never been here before today decided last minute to come in and treat myself to a rare treat and get an acrylic set done. I didn't have any pics on me but asked for a simple black and white almond shaped ombre. They charge extra for ombre coloring and I was fine with that, however the guy doing my nails didn't know how to do an ombre so he put color changing nail polish on my nails instead which I was fine with up until I was charged the full ombre pricing. After I left I further examined my nails and found weird dips and uneven nails, some like my pinky are off to the side and not straight and that is a big pet peeve of mine. 3 stars because I'm nice and might be willing to give them another chance later on with a different person next time. I was a little taken back when I showed him the bubbles on my nails and large bumps and he didn’t do anything. I felt they weren’t worth the price paid, but oh well. I’ll try again and use a different tech.
