Jean was wonderful. She is such an intelligent, nice hair stylist. She cut my long hair exactly like I wanted. I'm 72 and love the ease of my short style!

Jackie messed my mom's hair up so much that she really can't hide it! There's no way to fix it without making it shorter and she doesn't appreciate that the manager didn't embarrass her about doing a bad job! She offered to fix it but like I said it would have to be shorter and she doesn't want that. The manager should have done something before she messed up my mom's hair! Made me not want to get my hair cut at all from this place. Especially when Jackie tried to poach Cheryl's client!
