Sooo.... I don't normally leave reviews but I am making an exception for Serenity. I was in dire need of a hair cut and color and I found Serenity online. I've shopped at many salons to find the perfect fit, and most have fallen short. It's very nerve racking, at least for me, going in blind to a salon and trusting someone with your hair. But nonetheless, I did. I called on such late notice with a low expectation of getting in or even someone answering the phone. Both happened. Still a bit nervous I gladly accepted this opportunity! My experience couldn't have been more perfect. Call it fate, call it happenstance, call it whatever you want but I truly believe this was a Devine appointment. I had the pleasure of meeting with KELLY. She instantly made me feel at ease and I knew I was in good hands.
