Definitely didn't enjoy this experience. Bad service,rushed because they were busy and told to come back and they would fix it. Now the gel polish is bubbling and needs completely redone. $90 plus a $10 tip makes this an unacceptable and dangerous situation if water causes fungus between the nail and polish. Never had an issue like this when Mindy is in the salon. Sadly they will need to rethink their customer service and that we pay good money to relax and feel good about their services not worry that they need to smoke a cigarette out back before worrying about customers being a priority!
Told me one price over the phone then charged me more when I was finished. I won’t be back!
Nails were done Friday. It is Monday and they are chipping and wearing away in spots. Paid extra for gel (I always get gel at my regular place included). They are more expensive and quality is poorer than my regular salon.
