SmartStyle Hair Salon

I use the Smart Style app to book appointments. Come to find out, there is no point in doing so - although you receive a confirmation email for your appointment, it doesn't mean your appointment is booked at the salon. The salon had no record of the appointment, and when I showed the lady my confirmation email she said that it just means that I requested an appointment, not that it was made. She says it happens all the time and it's just better to call and book an appointment... Why does this location use an app that clearly doesn't work as intended? Has anyone tried to get this fixed?

She didn't listen to what I wanted and messed my whole hair style up. I hate it

Horrible customer service whoever the chick that Is currently working right now She was refusing to acknowledge that anybody was in the store there was another lady who had been waiting never got acknowledged. Me my boyfriend and my two children did not even get acknowledged not even a hey I'll be right with you. As she's holding a personal conversation. Completely unacceptable. Rude. And like I said the personal conversation was not appropriate. I wish I would have gotten her name but like I said she wouldn't even look at us. Because I would definitely be calling corporate or talking with management which I still may try to do.
