Silky Nails

I made an appointment over the phone. Was barely greeted when I walked in by the owner asking if I had an appointment. After I responded with a yes I sat there and waited for over an hour and a half because the only person that was free to work on me didn’t know how to do Dip Powder. As the second person (Anna-The Owner) became available she came up to me and said she couldn’t work on me because her other appointment was there. I understood and asked “Okay, do you know how much longer?” She rudely answered “I don’t know” gave me her back and walked away. I simply got up and walked out. The unprofessionalism and HORRIBLE customer service leaves me with zero desire to set a foot back at this place. I understand sometimes nail salons get behind for whatever reason. The rudeness specially from the owner was unacceptable. I am very disappointed and will not be coming back to this place. Services: Acrylic nails, Pedicure, Dip powder, Gel manicures

Very professional and courteous. I have had the same technician for the last 5 years and when she left I was not certain what to expect. The new staff at Silky did a wonderful job, I will definitely be back. ❤️ Services: Sculpted nails, Pedicure

Came here for wedding nails and pedicure. The pedicure was great. The lady (I believe owner) argued with me and told me she would charge me extra if I didn’t change my nail style. Then tried to change it mid process. (It was a simple pink and white ombré dip). She passed me off to someone else mid process. I ended up with 2 cuts and a burn. I cannot say enough not to go here. This was miserable and took 2.5 hours after our scheduled appointment
