They screwed up my girlfriends hair twice. First she went in to get a balayage. The hair turned out very orange. They still charged us 100 some dollars but said we should come back to fix it. When we went back she made the hair darker when my girlfriend wanted lighter and said they would finish it on our third appointment but would charge us full price again. Also, on the second visit, they didnt even style the hair or blow dry it. My girlfriend came out with wet hair. We obviously aren’t going to come back if they keep screwing it up and now want to charge us again. Learn some customer service. Service: Hairstyling

I go here regularly, and can’t recommend it enough! Alejandra does my hair, and I love seeing her! She always gives great advice and opinions when I want to try something new, and the color always turns out great! I see Sam monthly for a face wax, and have never had a problem. I’ve never had to wait on her to start my appointment, and she is very thorough with finding and taking care of stray hairs. She also gives great tips for healthy skincare!
