Kim Does my Hair. I love to walk in and say do your thing on my short hair and she knows exactly what color and what style looks good on me. I moved away for about 6 years and came back to Kim and so grateful to get an appointment with her to let her work her magic on my hair. Thanks Kim for my cut and color I LOVE IT.???????? If I was able to give 0 stars, I would. Sabrina was unapologetically unprofessional. My daughters appointment was at 11a. We arrived 10:45a, she wasn't there. No big deal we were there early. I then receive a message 7 minutes til 11a, not apologizing but simply stating hey I'm at Starbucks, the line is long I will be there in a few. When she finally arrived at 11:15a, my daughter and I went inside. She asked how I was doing, I told her I was disappointed in the fact that our appointment was supposed to be at 11 but she was at Starbucks. That was very unprofessional. "She stated what would you like me to do?" A simple apology for not being considerate of our time would have sufficed. She stated she will not be attacked for something she wanted. I never once raised my voice but I did ask for an apology. She then told my daughter she couldn't do her hair which was fine because at that point we were going to leave.
