Roberts Salon & Day Spa

First of all, Customer service goes a long way with me! After yesterday's service I will never come back to Debi Arnold again. Everytime I make an appointment online I get stuck with Debi Arnold. Her customer service is bad for Robert's Salon. She is rude and seems inconvienced to take care of the clients needs. I've had other stylists there and none of them are as rude as her. I scheduled an appointment for a cut and lightening of my hair. When I got there and told her what I wanted, her response was, "That's not happening!". Then proceeded to say"...Why do you wanna go lighter if you hair is dark.". I told her I'm starting to go gray and I want it lightened to blend in the gray. Her response, "Why don't we do a touch up on your gray and then later go lighter?" Her first response made me wanna get up out of her chair and walk out, and I should've! But for fear of being charged for cancelling my appointment at that time, I proceeded to let her touch up my gray, LIKE SHE WAN

Everyone very friendly. Top notch massage... Chloe did my hair, she is friendly, knowledgeable and listened to what I wanted done with my hair. Definitely going back!

My wife went to have her roots done and some highlights , also brought a picture of what she wanted done as far as color etc. Paid $175.00 And got home and discovered gray roots still on hairline and temples and the color highlights were nothing like she wanted. She called salon and was told she could make another appointment to fix it or get her money back via a company check. She chose the check. 5 days go by and nothing, so she calls salon and was told the accountant has been out of the office but they would give her the message. 2 more days go by and she calls again, was told the same thing. Another 2 days go by and she calls and asks to speak to the accountant or the owner, after being on hold several minutes the owner “Robert” gets on the phone and informs her that he spoke to the hairdresser and the manager and was told that my wife was satisfied with her hair and that if she gives negative feedback on Facebook he will sue her!
