Orchid Nails and Spa

This was my 1st time here The environment was pretty peaceful. Justin did my toes and was gentle and took his time. The toes came out looking amazing. Will be returning.

I came here on a whim based on their reviews only to be disappointed when I left. A dong I believe was the techs name that did my nails. He was burning every single nail of mine by leaving the drill on for too long during takeoff. I got an acrylic with gel polish or overlay whatever you want to call it with chrome on top. I had a tip added for a small amount of length. He cut it as short as he could and nearly cut my finger in the process. Not even 24hrs later; the chrome had came off on all of the tips of my fingers and within 3 days the gel paint was already chipping. He was rude, didn’t say anything to me, and stayed on FaceTime with another person the entire appointment. I went to pay and paid $85!!! I could not believe how expensive this service was here. I’ve never paid anymore than $65 at any other salon for the same service and better service at that. I normally do not complain and just let it go but I was not pleased whatsoever with this salon.

I love the atmosphere of the salon. Hanah or Rona are my usual nail techs and they do an amazing job. My nails last forever without chipping. They can bring any picture I bring in and copy my nails to it. They always shape my nails perfectly and I love the convenience of being able to text to schedule my appointments. When I have an appointment I am never waiting! I’m promptly assisted. I recommend this salon to anyone wanting to treat themselves!
