Luxury Nails (In Greenwood Mall)

Kim did a wonderful job on my pedicure. It had been a while since I had one done and she took extra time making sure everything was done perfect! Very relaxing wonderful time. I’ll definitely be back.

Updated review. 01/2024 Technicians do a great job but I was shocked at the “add-on” prices. The cost of add-on charges was not disclosed during time of service. Please make sure you understand ALL additional charges. They do good work but I will go somewhere else next time. Two pedicures and two manicures $277.50 WITHOUT TIP… see attached receipt photo. —I was very specific about how I wanted my dip powder manicure. The technician did an incredible job. Very fine attention to detail. Flawless and impeccable classic manicure.

Did not speak English nor did anyone else in the facility attempt to communicate when I asked questions. I told them I did not want gel polish and they did and, of course, charged me when I checked out. Will never come back. In fact it was not busy... there were only 3 people in your whole store and that doesn't include the employees. I specifically asked one person if they could speak English and he didn't respond. Another girl looked away and didn't answer. I told them no gel and they did it anyway and then charged me. I was so fed up by that point...I won't be back and I won't recommend you. There are no excuses for any of it.
