Heidi is the best! I had been getting my hair colored by someone who was damaging my hair for years at a different salon. Thankfully I found this salon and Heidi was able to take my hair from unhealthy to healthy. I recommend this salon to anyone.

I’ve sat on this review for a week because I’ve never left a bad review but after my experience last week it completely ruined me ever wanting to return. I went in for a Brazilian blowout - the lady who does it is so nice! The real issue was when I went to check out they were teaching a new receptionist and I felt something was off when they told her this is what it is but charge her this- like they were up charging me. Then my card got declined - unbeknownst to me my bank had locked it because I hadn’t used it in months. When it declined the front desk lady looks at me and said “you may need to move some money around”. The most unprofessional thing I think I’ve ever heard when checking out anywhere. Unfortunately, I will not be returning. UPDATE- received a call from the manager who was the one who said I need to move some money around- she let me know that, that wasn’t my experience and that I took it out of context :)

Gigi is the BEST. I haven’t met someone who can even deal with my hair more than once in ten years- she made it behave! ❤️
